These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and AQ999 ("Platform", "we" or "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by AQ999.

By browsing our website, registering a new account, making your first deposit, or simply using any feature of the platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is final and takes effect immediately.

AQ999 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always up to date with the current terms in effect.

Aq999 services are offered exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Not listed on any prohibited or restricted party list under local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never had an account terminated by AQ999 previously due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. aq999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided, including but not limited to copies of identification cards, bank statements, and proof of address.

Each member is fully responsible for safeguarding their account login credentials, including their username and password. aq999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Members are advised to:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

AQ999 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered as having been carried out by you.

The balance in a member's account is a game credit balance and not a bank deposit. AQ999 maintains separate accounts to manage member funds, ensuring the security and transparency of all transactions at all times.

AQ999 accepts deposits via various payment methods available in Malaysia, including FPX, online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and supported e-wallet methods. All deposits must be made using an account registered under the member's own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Successfully verified deposits will be credited to the member's account within 1–5 minutes.
• If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, members are asked to contact customer support with proof of payment.
• AQ999 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits from third parties or accounts not registered under the member's own name will not be accepted and will be returned.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions, which must be fully met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• There are no betting activities currently pending settlement.
• The wagering requirements for the bonus received have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. aq999 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a standard security measure.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• FPX / Bank Transfer: 3–15 minutes (during bank operating hours)
• Touch 'n Go / GrabPay: 1–5 minutes
• Outside operating hours: Will be processed on the next banking day

AQ999 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the member will be informed of the outcome.

AQ999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to wagering (rollover) requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered according to the specified rollover requirement.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• AQ999 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of promotional abuse.
• Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts or false information will be cancelled immediately.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period, otherwise the bonus and any associated wins will expire.

All games on the aq999 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

AQ999 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness and transparency across all games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• AQ999 is not liable for interruptions to a member's internet connection that result in in-game losses.
• Results recorded on the aq999 server are final in the event of any dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AQ999 platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and possible legal action:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools.
• Manipulating games, exploiting bugs, or taking advantage of technical vulnerabilities for unauthorized gains.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information.
• Any activity related to money laundering.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the aq999 platform infrastructure.
• Bonus abuse through hedged wagering (arbitrage) aimed at generating risk-free profits.

AQ999 is committed to protecting members' privacy and personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All personal information collected is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.

• Loss of data or information due to device failure or connection issues on the member's end.
• Third-party actions that compromise a member's account security due to the member's own negligence.

Aq999's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

AQ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, AQ999 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any bonuses or wins obtained through activities that violated those terms.

AQ999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via a notice on the website or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
